Merp

I weighed myself this morning and was a whopping 170.2. That’s five whole pounds heavier than when the summer started. I c ant do this anymore. I mean, maybe some of it is water weight (it is my time of the month after all) but I can’t just use that as an excuse. This is going to be way harder than I though it’d be. I want to make sure I’m down a little bit before school starts. 3 pounds in 3 weeks? Possible? I’m gonna aim for it
