About Me

Hi, my name is Meaghan.

I’ve always had an unhealthy relationship with food, which has led me to struggle with my weight and body image for many, many years. May 2015, I hit over 200 pounds so I decided to start running and changing my eating habits. I hit my goal of 40 pounds, but then I started to lose momentum and actually started to gain a bit back. I’m using this blog as a way to stay honest with myself and admit my difficulties. I’m gonna get on top of this and work hard to get it done. Wish me luck!
